Residency Application Instructions
You may view the Residency Application by left-clicking on the form link below, but to complete the application you will need to download a copy of the form to your computer. Please right click on the link in the box below and choose “Save Link As…”.
Application processing fee: $50.00 per person 18 years of age and over. Everyone occupying the apartment age 18 and over must be on the lease.
Hold/security deposit: $300.00
Pet fee: $350.00 1st pet. $225.00 2nd pet. The pet fee is non-refundable. There is a 40lb. weight limit, non-aggressive breed and a two pet maximum. (Exception: No fee or restrictions for a service pet.)
Fees must be submitted with a completed residency application form. You may submit the form and fees by registered mail or other secure means, by fax, or in person at the leasing office. Please contact us if you have any questions.
